After July’s PTM and the many home visitations … what encouraged me was to hear the different comments made by the parents about LSK.
Seriously Miss Lim does not know what will be ahead of Miss Lim’s career path but one thing for sure is Miss Lim is definitely blessed to be in LSK during this season.
Is one thing to have the principal or the teachers to praise the kindergarten but is another to hear it directly from the parents!
Is one thing to hear one parent, two parents praising the kindergarten but is another when you hear it from MANY parents!
Previously @ my first kindergarten - as it was an “aging neighbourhood” thus not many “young couple” = not many new intake. Can still remember meeting was held to discuss what can be done to increase the intake of children (eg. distribute flyers etc)
@ the last kindergarten - it was a single session kindergarten, total children strength 60plus. Likewise “to increase new intake” was also an issue to the management.
Hmm.. intake wasn’t an issue for LSK! There are even “waiting list“!
Many of my colleagues told me that I’m really blessed to be in LSK this year cause there was many “first time” in 2010 which of course here and there benefited the staff.
Some of them were like dinner with Senior Pastor, $$ and vouchers rewards, Peer Sharing etc.
I am blessed and proud to be in LSK! =)
