Plan B activated!
It is confirmed - wont be back in LSK during the 6mths of SOT.
After some consideration, she decided to put me on “sabbatical leave” instead of me resigning.
Even so, she didn’t give me any pressure of returning back after the 6mths. She is ok with any decision I would make, even if I decided to move to elsewhere. But she assured me that LSK doors will always be opened for me.
I’m thankful and grateful for a boss who supported me in so so so so many ways.
Now question - what’s Plan B since no $$-source from LSK during the 6mths of SOT??
